Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full Refund – Cancellation requested 70+ days before the conference.
- Partial Refund – Cancellation made 30–60 days before the event (administrative fees apply).
- No Refund – Cancellations within 30 days of the conference.
- Conference Credit – Eligible cancellations may receive credit valid for 12 months.
- Late Registrations – Non-refundable but transferable to another IGAE conference.
- Hybrid Event Policy – No refund for changes between in-person and virtual formats.
- Registration Transfer – Allowed to a colleague from the same institution (request at least 14 days prior).
- Virtual Registrations – Non-refundable; future event credit may be offered.
- Invitation Letter Issued – Registration becomes non-refundable.
- Visa Denial/Delay – Refunds are not applicable.
