About the Event

Tata Social Enterprise Challenge 2026 – Spark Social Seminar is a flagship outreach initiative of the 14th edition of the Tata Social Enterprise Challenge (TSEC), organized by StartupTN in association with IIM Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP).

The seminar brings together social entrepreneurs, startups, innovators, and aspiring founders to explore innovative solutions to pressing social challenges. Participants will gain insights into the TSEC, understand key innovation themes and opportunities, hear from experts, and witness promising startup pitches.

How to Register in Tata Social Enterprise Challenge?

• Visit the official Tata Social Enterprise Challenge website. iimcipcontest.iimcip.org/register
• Click on “Apply Now” / the registration option.
• Create an account using your details.
• Complete the required Impact Proposal / Application Form.
• Review your details and submit the application.

Eligibility

1. Teams can have a maximum of 2 members.
2. No age or background restrictions.
3. Idea-stage applicants must have a Proof of Concept (PoC)/prototype.
4. Ventures must be less than 5 years old.
5. Applicants can be Indian or international, but the venture must create social impact in India.
6. Previous TSEC semi-finalists are not eligible.
7. Applications are welcome from all sectors.
8. International entries are not eligible for seed funding and incubation support.
