About the Event
Hack Fusion 2026 is an innovation-driven hackathon that brings together talented students to develop practical solutions for real-world challenges. Organized by VET Institute of Arts and Science (VETIAS) in association with StartupTN, the event encourages participants to collaborate, innovate, and create impactful ideas across 12 diverse problem tracks.
Teams consisting of 4 students and 1 professional mentor will compete by presenting innovative concepts and prototypes that address challenges in mobility, education, sustainability, governance, energy, retail, tourism, food security, and more. Participants will gain valuable mentorship, industry exposure, networking opportunities, and the chance to win exciting cash prizes while showcasing their problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills.

How to Register for Hack Fusion 2026?

- Form a team of 4 students and identify 1 professional mentor (mandatory).
- Fill in the required details, including team member information, college details, and mentor details.
- Submit the registration form before the deadline.
- Prepare and upload your Concept PPT by 25 July 2026.
- Wait for the shortlist announcement on 1 August 2026.
- Shortlisted teams will compete in the Grand Finale on 7 August 2026 at VET Institute of Arts and Science (VETIAS), Thindal, Erode.
