Registration Terms

• All fees are charged in USD
• Registrations are reviewed by the event team
• Selecting the wrong category may lead to additional charges
• No cancellation requests will be accepted in such cases

Cancellation Policy

• Non-member tickets include Global Business Travel Association membership
• Cancellation must be sent via email (in writing)
• 50% cancellation fee applies
• Valid only if requested on or before 9 April 2026

Substitution Policy

• Registration can be transferred to another eligible person
• Requests must be submitted in writing to GBTA
• Substitute handles any financial arrangements with original registrant
