About the Event
RYLA – Be an Entrepreneur Workshop is a comprehensive Entrepreneurship Development Program designed to ignite entrepreneurial thinking among youth and equip them with practical business skills. Organised by the Rotary Club of Jambukeshwaram and Rotary Club of Tiruchirappalli Diamond City, this intensive workshop focuses on transforming ideas into sustainable businesses.
The program delivers over 3,500 minutes of experiential learning, covering business planning, marketing, sales, investment sourcing, people management, and mindset development. With a strong emphasis on real-world application, participants engage in hands-on activities, assessments, and guided frameworks that help them identify the right business opportunities and execute them effectively.
