StartupTN CEO – Eligibility & Job Summary

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (mandatory).
• Preference for candidates with a Postgraduate Degree in Management or Business Administration.

Experience

1. Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience.
2. At least 3 years in the startup or innovation ecosystem.
3. Experience in venture funding, seed funding, incubation, acceleration, or mentorship is preferred.

Age Limit

• Maximum 55 years (refer to the official notification for details).

Preferred Candidates

1. Startup Founders or Mentors
2. Venture Capital or Startup Investors
3. Senior Executives in startup organizations
4. Leaders of incubation or acceleration programs

 Language Skills

• Excellent English communication.
• Working knowledge of Tamil.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead StartupTN and drive Tamil Nadu’s startup ecosystem.
2. Develop startup policies and growth strategies.
3. Build partnerships with investors, startups, and institutions.
4. Strengthen incubation, acceleration, branding, and outreach programs.
